2. Shipping Costs: Domestic (Does not include Hawai and Alaska) standard shipping (FREE), expedited shipping (Additional cost. Please contact our team for more information) and international shipping (Buyer's responsibility cost).

RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our commitment, which is why we offer an Easy return and refund system.


To initiate the process, we need to follow the following steps:


- Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.

- It does not include clearance products (Pallets and Boxes).

- It does not include promotional items.

- Send an email to our customer service team at sales@dafastore.online with the order number, reason for the return, and product photos.

- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, without any signs of tampering.

- Once we receive the email, our customer service team will validate the information and respond to your request with approval or rejection, explaining the next steps:

  - If approved, we will provide you with a free shipping label and proceed with the return or refund within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the product.

- Returns are not available for items shipped outside the US.
